Will oversees Permanent recruitment for Connect, focusing on the Manufacturing and Construction industries.
Will first cut his teeth in Recruitment in London in 2014 within the Renewable Energy sector before moving into an International Recruitment role which saw him recruit across Europe, Middle East and South East Asia.
Wills’ experience has seen him recruit in multiple sectors including Manufacturing, construction, Facilities, Property and Hospitality across all levels from Management to Senior Executive searches.
Returning to Ireland during the pandemic Will is now focused on building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike in the Irish Manufacturing and Construction industries.
